Questions of a rather curious kind

Why ...
...is there more than a killing a week in the UK and the government still talk about 'soft' approaches?

...is there a few more people willing to die for their religion each day even if they are the ones killing themselves?

...is the world expat used when the 'Westerners' settle abroad but the word immigrant used when 'others' do the same thing?

...does it make a difference in my pocket if
Mervyn King, the Governor of the Bank of England turned down a pay rise of around £110000?

....has the
International Criminal Court's prosecutor taking so long to charge Sudan's President Omar Hassan al-Bashir with genocide and who's going to arrest him?

...does the World blame Thabo Mbeki for
not being able to influence Robert Mugabe?

...does The New Yorker
(magazine) think they can justify the "Barack Obama" cartoon?

...would the US and the UK government believe the war in Afghanistan is winnable?

...do most people look the other way concerning Guantanamo Bay?

... is the G8 even more bureaucratic than the UN these days?

...hasn't the world heard much from Nigeria since President Yar'adua took over?

Still more questions.... where can I find the answers?

  2. Nobody has all the answers. When I opened my blog, I had a million questions...about why the world just stood by and watched as evil of all kinds unfolded.
I didn't get any answers, but I found a better way to deal with the questions.
There is no good or bad any more kodblu, everything is left to interpretation...gray...you just find out what suits you.
    Welcome to blogville...first time here.

  3. Gray? That can't be right... acceptable by most but not right all the same. There is still good and bad and no matter how naive that sounds, truth abounds in it.

I still have questions Woomie and i guess i'll be asking alot of them for a while...
